Ingredients
  

  • 34 g Sesame Seeds white
  • 145 g Rice Bubbles
  • 54 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 174 g Toasted Muesli
  • 125 g Unsalted Butter
  • 125 g Honey
  • 84 g Peanut Butter smooth
  • 58 g Castor Sugar

  • 2 large spoon
  • 1 stove
  • 1 Sauce pan
  • 1 Slice Tin 28cm x 18cm
  • 1 Step Pallet knife
  • 1 refrigerator
  • 1 chopping board
  • ! knife

Method
 

  1. Set the Oven to 170C
  2. Pop the sesame seeds in the oven until a light golden brown
  3. Cool the sesame seeds completely
  4. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix through
  5. Add to a sauce pan on the stove the butter, honey,peanut butter and sugar.
  6. Stir until it is fully dissolved on a medium heat
  7. Reduce the heat to a simmer and slowly boil for 5 minutes
  8. Add to the dry ingredients and mix through well
  9. Line a slice tin with baking paper sides and bottom
  10. Pour the mix in to the tin and smooth off/ press down well with a step pallet knife
  11. Refrigerate until set 20 mins
  12. Take out of the tin and slice
